Helping customers do better than they think they can do is Kevin’s forte. As General Manager, after three decades in the business, Kevin understands that a big part of debt recovery is helping customers/clients process how they can get out of debt.

Like the proverbial sweet song of a Nightingale, over the years, Kevin has learned which tune to sing and has developed a unique ability to negotiate payment resolutions with the owners of distressed loans. Add to that his extensive knowledge of debt collection and what TCS offers is unbeatable. What better solution can there be but ‘Total’ support for the debtor and our client.

Kevin also finds time to serve his community where he was the president of the Citizens Association for at least eight years, as well as indulge in his passion for music, watching sports, travel and photography.
